Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas, returning gear to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing the daily cleaning checklist. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas while inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use. Practice clean-as-you-go procedures to maintain area cleanliness throughout the shift. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards while speaking with clear, professional language and answering telephones with appropriate etiquette.
