Job Summary
In-Room Dining Server delivers food and beverage orders to guest rooms according to hotel standards, stocks and maintains in-room refreshment centers, and assists in maintaining the In-Room Dining area. Responsibilities include serving beverages and meals to guests, knowing menu items, wine and spirit details, using the POS system, ensuring guest satisfaction, adhering to liquor regulations, handling cash, and coordinating with team to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position with a full-service hotel or restaurant
- TIPS training certification required within 30 days of hire date
- Previous experience with MICROS POS preferred
