Job Summary
Deliver luxurious in-room dining experiences by taking guest orders, communicating special requests, and serving food and beverages in a prompt, courteous manner. Set trays according to service standards, accurately record and pick up food and beverage orders, and present physical checks to complete payment processes. Maintain full knowledge of menu items, prices, recipes, and service styles while performing opening and closing procedures. Requires excellent English comprehension, physical ability to stand long periods, and lift trays or racks of cups. Full-time AM position with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be able to communicate clearly in English (read, speak, and write)
- Must have excellent comprehension in order to take and communicate orders from guests and respond to special requests
- To have a full knowledge of the food & beverage items & their specifications, menu prices, recipes and style of service etc
- Due to the demands of the job, servers should have the physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift trays of food, racks of cups and other objects that might be a part of daily duties
- This position also involves pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching
