In-Room Dining Server - Full-time

Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly, accurately, and with professional courtesy. Set up in-room dining trays and service equipment according to resort standards, then review orders with guests to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Retrieve trays and service items from rooms in a timely manner while maintaining cleanliness of all service areas. Process guest checks, ensuring accurate billing and posting to room folios. Coordinate with the kitchen and IRD team to manage order timing, assist with order taking, and enter orders into the POS system. Uphold Black Desert Resort's ultra-premium hospitality standards and handle guest requests or service recovery professionally. This full-time, year-round role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
