Job Summary
Prepare room service orders accurately according to guest preferences and resort menu guidelines. Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely, courteous manner while maintaining tray cleanliness and professional presentation. Respond promptly to guest requests, address special needs, and ensure privacy during room entries. Collaborate with kitchen staff and restock room service areas as necessary. Comply with health and safety regulations regarding sanitation and food handling. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in room service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
