In Room Dining Server

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests while setting tables according to event types and service standards. Answer menu questions, communicate with the kitchen regarding wait times and product availability, and record transactions in the MICROS system. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, maintain cleanliness of work areas and china, and complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights. Present accurate checks to guests and process payments. Follow all company safety policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and assist individuals with disabilities. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 pounds independently or 50 pounds with assistance. Move over uneven surfaces and stairs, reaching overhead and below the knees. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
