Job Summary
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests while setting tables according to event standards. Answer menu questions, communicate kitchen requests regarding wait times, re-cooks, and product availability, and record transactions in the MICROS system. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, maintain cleanliness of work areas and china, and complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights. Present accurate checks and process payments, ensuring adherence to safety policies and reporting any accidents or injuries. Welcome all guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain professional uniform and personal appearance throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
