Job Summary
Ensure smooth and efficient operations within the In-Room Dining department by taking, preparing, and delivering room service orders to the highest standards. Monitor minibar stock, replenish supplies, and create personalized dining experiences in guest rooms while handling feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally. Prepare work areas for optimal service flow and provide professional guest service, accommodating individual requests. Requires previous hospitality experience, strong organization, and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays. Full-time role with a gross minimum monthly salary of €2,026.00 in Vienna, Austria.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational requirements
- Good command of German and/or English
