In Room Dining-Part-time

In Room Dining-Part-time position with The Westin Dallas Stonebriar Resort & Spa. Responsibilities include serving guests via room service to ensure a positive guest experience; set up and deliver all food and beverage orders according to guidelines; conduct floor sweeps and retrieve trays to maintain sanitation; set up and deliver VIP amenities; service hospitality suites in accordance with Banquet Event Orders; complete shift side work; respond to guest needs, issues, and problems; report communications to the shift supervisor; perform cash handling in line with company policies; comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly; perform other job-related duties as assigned. Hotel experience is preferred, and strong verbal/written communication skills are important for interacting with guests and team members.
