In Room Dining Order Taker

Take room service orders over the phone, answer questions on menu selections, and check with kitchen staff. Answer guest questions or concerns regarding the origin, vintage, and style of various wines. Place and log calls for room service orders, notify guests and management of delays, and communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen. Maintain MICROS order logs and complete closing and MICROS reports, and process all payment methods. Follow safety and company policies; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; provide courteous guest service and support the team to achieve goals.
