Answer all in-room dining calls promptly using proper etiquette and brand scripting. Accurately take guest food and beverage orders, confirming preferences, special requests, dietary needs, and allergies. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions, and preparation methods to confidently make recommendations. Enter orders into the POS system and communicate details clearly to the kitchen and service team. Coordinate order timing, delivery, and follow-up to ensure service excellence. Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally, taking ownership and initiating service recovery when needed. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure compliance with food safety and Marriott policies. Foster positive working relationships with internal departments and actively participate in daily line-ups and training sessions.
