In Room Dining Order Taker

Take room service orders over the phone, answer guest questions on menu selections and wine details, and communicate meal requirements, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen. Place and log call-backs for orders, notify guests and management of service delays, and record transactions in the MICROS system. Maintain work area cleanliness, complete closing reports, process payments, and ensure adherence to safety policies and company standards. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Welcome and assist all guests according to company standards.
