Job Summary
Take room service orders over the phone, answer questions on menu selections, and check with kitchen staff. Place and log call back for room service orders, notify guests and management of delays, and communicate meal requirements, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, record transactions in the MICROS system, and complete closing reports. Follow safety policies, ensure professional appearance, and welcome guests according to company standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
