Job Summary

The position requires the ability to work a flexible hotel schedule, including holidays and weekends, and to perform duties as the In-Room Dining Server when requested. Required Qualifications
- Prior cashier experience
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards
- Basic knowledge of wine, beer, liquors, waters, and drinks served
- Ability to interact with guests verbally and face-to-face and via telephone
- Proficiency with telephone and POS systems
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Willingness to learn and use POS and other computer systems used at the hotel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor
- Customer service orientation with ability to handle multiple guests
- Completes required training as scheduled
- 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge of safety rules and ability to read and interpret safety procedures
- TIPS certification as scheduled upon employment
- Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Driver's license in good standing if required to drive golf cart for deliveries
- English literacy (spoken, read, write)
- Ability to work varying schedules including holidays and weekends
