Job Summary
Deliver food and beverages to guest suites in a timely, accurate, and professional manner while verifying orders and setting up trays according to Hilton brand standards. Collect payments, remove used trays, and maintain cleanliness of the in-room dining service area. Follow food safety regulations and coordinate with kitchen, front desk, and other departments to ensure efficient service. Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly, assisting with banquet operations as needed. This role supports Embassy Suites by Hilton's commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality through prompt, courteous, and high-quality in-room dining service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service and communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 30-50lbs
- flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
