Job Summary

Lead administrative support for senior leadership in a Pune/Jaipur-based powertrain plant environment. Organize and manage schedules, meetings, travel and accommodation, liaise with internal/external stakeholders, provide presentations and data management, coordinate audits and office expenses, and drive employee engagement and communication. Requires 5-8 years of secretarial/office experience, ability to handle tight schedules, strong MS Office/SharePoint proficiency, confidentiality, and organizational skills; Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with related secretarial exposure preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduation (BA/ B.Sc/B.Com) or post-graduation in any discipline
  • Secretarial Practice diploma/Course will be an added advantage
  • 5-8 years' experience as Secretarial or Office Assistant role
  • > 3 years' experience as executive secretary to Senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Domestic and International travel guidelines
  • Competent in MS Outlook and Office tools, share point, ppt preparations
  • Competent in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in time management, SAP & IT tools
