Job Summary
Establish scientific basis for time and motion standards, monitor blue-collar manpower efficiency, and ensure safe, ergonomic work environments across direct and indirect functions. Estimate and develop standard times using MTM and Time Study, maintain SAP data for routing and CAPP, and lead VT/Tg ratio optimization projects to enhance productivity. Assess workstation ergonomics, communicate compliance to stakeholders, and close observations to foster safer workplaces. Determine manpower in value streams based on production plans, calculate incentive metrics, and define MJV standards for long-term settlement negotiations. Support productivity improvement proposals and simulate working models to establish incentive frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech./B.E. (Industrial Engineering/Mechanical/Automobile)
- 5 to 8 years in Industrial Engineering / Process Planning / Manufacturing / Lean Principles
- Competent in Industrial Engineering concepts
- Competent in Ergonomics Workplace Assessment and Design
- Competent in MTM, Time Study
- Competent in MS Office tools
- Advanced skill in influencing, listening
Desired Qualifications
- Advance knowledge on Lean Concepts
- Advance skill in SAP Time management
- Advance knowledge of dashboard tools - Power BI
