Job Summary
Design of assembly and components for New Braking System products. Design of assemblies and components related to New Braking Systems (Reservoir, Pedal interface parts, etc.) and perform FEA analysis; prepare 3D-CAD data and drawings; release BOM via SAP; apply Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing; coordinate with suppliers and plants; contribute to project targets and new product launches for IPB/iB Gen2.1/NBS; collaborate with Bosch sites; strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering and DFMEA knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- 2 years experience in product component design, FEA and 3d modelling using UG NX+ Teamcenter
- Proficiency in UG NX and Teamcenter
- Strong communication and ability to work in teams
- Experience with GD&T and CAD data release (3D-CAD data & drawings)
- Preparation and release of Bill Of Materials - SAP
- Knowledge of FEA analysis and verification
- Design calculations related to stress and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Knowledge of DFMEA
- Collaborative with suppliers and plants
- Self-starter with customer focus
