Job Summary
Conduct quality assurance of electronics and PCBs, plan and oversee inspection and testing to verify conformance with specifications. Investigate product complaints, identify root causes, and report quality issues within the CFT team to instigate permanent corrective actions. Enable safe launch inspections for new parts, document defect analysis with 8D reports on TRC and MRC, and monitor KPIs related to complaint management and inspection. Review engineering drawings, perform in-house measurements, and correlate data with suppliers to ensure new part releases. Participate in Process FMEAs, audits, and supplier assessments while promoting continuous improvement techniques like Six-Sigma and Poka-Yoke. Requires a B.E. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of three years of experience in the electronics/PCB industry.
Required Qualifications
- B.E (Electronics Eng / Electrical & Electronics Eng)
- Minimum 3years of experience working in Electronics / PCB Industry
- Experience in Manufacturing process of electronic parts / PCB / SMT Manufacturing Process
- Knowledge in electronic / PCB design tools, industry standards and regulations, test, and electrical systems to maintain quality and safety in the components
- Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools - PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP processes , QMS, IATF
- Experience in Problem solving tools (8D, A3PSS, etc..)
- Knowledge of 6 Sigma, Lean manufacturing and SAP system
