In-process Quality Assurance (IPQA) Inspector - Night Shift

IPQA Inspector role in the Quality department performing in-process manufacturing and packaging quality assurance checks to ensure process control and product specifications. Responsibilities include auditing floor activities, line clearance checks, AQL and SPC reviews, in-process quality checks of manufacturing documents, reviewing batching and fill sheets, providing on-line training, generating reports (Rework, On-Hold, Rejection), maintaining documentation and file organization, adhering to GMP/GDP and safety policies, identifying hazards or incidents, assisting in failure analysis and rework, and supporting Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires 0-3 years’ experience with a college diploma or post-secondary education, or equivalent certification/license, and ability to operate in a night shift at the Toronto, Ontario location.
