Job Summary
Produce and quality control inks to ensure specifications are met, while performing color matching and formulation. Maintain detailed production and QC records, support customer schedules through production coordination, and identify rework opportunities based on batch ticket reviews. Provide strong press side technical service, troubleshoot problems, and deliver consistent technical reporting alongside monthly and weekly reports to the CTS and Sales organization. Uphold housekeeping and safe operations, including lifting 50 lb. buckets and moving 500 lb. drums per procedures. This customer-facing role requires high interpersonal skills, standing for extended periods, and one year of industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year industry experience
- Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook
- dispensing and color match software
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. throughout the day
- Highschool diploma / GED
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. buckets
- move 500 lb. drums following operating procedures
- Able to stand for longer periods of time
