Assist members with financial services through a consultative approach, including opening and closing accounts, consumer loans, credit cards, and problem resolution. Demonstrate working knowledge of core systems while proactively addressing deposit and lending needs via online and telephone channels using prudent credit analysis. Interview loan applicants to obtain personal and financial data for credit decisions, resolve issues within authority, and refer escalated problems with recommendations. Collect necessary documents to ensure loan processing adheres to policy and guidelines. Participate in training, coaching staff, and mentoring department consultants to promote member education goals.
