Job Summary
Provide evidence-based, measurement-informed in-person therapy from a private, secure office in Oregon. Complete treatment plans every 90 days and maintain clinical documentation for payment. Deliver care while Brightways handles referrals, pre-screening, scheduling, credentialing, billing, and claims submission. Maintain a compliant practice setting with verifiable physical address documentation and professional liability insurance. Offer at least 20 hours of weekly availability with full autonomy over caseload and schedule. Earn $100 per clinical hour with weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in the state of Oregon
- Must hold an active Oregon clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of in-person clinical experience using evidence-based practices
- Experience working with any age group (children, adolescents, or adults)
- Ability to maintain a compliant private practice setting
- Successful background check
- Must provide an office location in Oregon
- Must be based in Oregon
- Must have access to a consistent, private location for in-person sessions
- Must have a verifiable physical address for credentialing
- Must meet HIPAA privacy and safety standards
- Must be credentialed with insurance payers
- Must have professional liability insurance covering in-person services at the location
