Job Summary
In-person therapy from your own private office as an independent contractor with Brightways Counseling Group in Oregon. Earn $100 per clinical hour with weekly pay, supported by administrative services (referrals, pre-screening, scheduling, insurance credentialing, billing, and HIPAA-compliant EHR). Must reside in Oregon and hold an active Oregon clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field. Minimum 3 years of in-person clinical experience, ability to work with any age group, and availability of at least 20 hours per week. You’ll provide in-person care from a private, fully enclosed office location in Oregon, with credentialing for insurance payers; Brightways handles referrals, admin, and payments while you focus on care.

- Must hold an active Oregon clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of in-person clinical experience

- Ability to maintain a compliant private practice setting
- Successful background check
