Job Summary
In-person BCBA provides supervision for remote BCBAs' cases, supervise RBTs in the field, conduct observations and provide clinical feedback, and complete some assessments. Collaborates closely with BCBAs, RBTs, clients, and families to ensure treatment integrity and high-quality ABA services, with no primary responsibility for program writing. Focus is on supervision and clinical support, building relationships across the team, and working alongside experienced BCBAs to directly support staff and clients. Schedule includes 25 billable hours per week; includes professional development and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Ability to provide in-person supervision in North Carolina
- Strong collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills
- Passion for supporting RBT development and delivering high-quality ABA services
