Job Summary
Document patient encounters, including psychiatric assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, by inputting data directly into the Electronic Medical Record system under provider supervision. Prepare clients for telehealth visits and review patient charts before and after visits to ensure completeness and compliance. Track and enter orders and test results while maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support workflow efficiency. Requires prior scribe or medical/behavioral health experience, proficiency in EMR systems, and availability for five days per week plus one weekend monthly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College coursework in healthcare
- Prior experience as a scribe
- Prior experience in a medical setting
- Prior experience in a behavioral health setting
- Ability to report to facility five (5) days per week
- Willingness to work one weekend per month
