In-Person - BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Provide direct/indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases, design behavior intervention plans, and clinically review session notes on a regular basis. Analyze ABA data to implement data-driven program changes and conduct assessments as needed. Maintain clear lines of communication with families, techs, and administration. This role requires 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience and BCBA or NY LBA licensure. Golden Care Therapy offers a hybrid schedule with 80% remote and 20% in-person work opportunities for per diem ABA services across the East Coast.
