Manager - Transfer Pricing handling TP engagements with responsibilities including reviewing transfer pricing documentation, conducting benchmarking studies, identifying international transactions, computing arm's length pricing, documentation and TP study reports; leading a team of consultants and interns; assisting in TP planning; expanding client opportunities; conducting economic/comparability analysis; preparing technical submissions for assessments and appellate levels; strategizing and representing the client before Tax Officer/ Appellate levels; ensuring complete execution of engagements and delivering timely, high-quality services and deliverables. Must be well-versed with OECD TP Guidelines and transfer pricing regulations of developed countries; strong analytical, numerical, and MS Office/report-writing skills; client servicing mindset and ownership of assigned tasks.
