Job Summary
Conduct round-the-clock threat monitoring and detection, analyzing suspicious behavior and performing alert triage, initial assessment, and incident validation. Prioritize security alerts, create incidents per SOPs, and execute post-incident analysis while adhering to SLAs and KPIs to reduce Mean Time to Detection and Response. Develop and maintain incident management policies, preserve forensic artifacts, and provide recommendations using playbooks. Requires 2–5 years of experience in SOC operations, incident response, or threat detection, with certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or EC-Council. Based in Mumbai, this Level Manager role offers 2-5 years of experience in SOC/Incident Management/Incident Response/Threat Detection Engineering/Vulnerability Management/SOC platform management/Automation/Asset Integration/Threat Intel Management/Threat Hunting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SOC/Incident Management/Incident Response/Threat Detection Engineering/Vulnerability Management/SOC platform management/Automation/Asset Integration/Threat Intel Management/Threat Hunting
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SOC/Incident Management/Incident Response/Threat Detection Engineering/Vulnerability Management/SOC platform management/Automation/Asset Integration/Threat Intel Management/Threat Hunting
- Certified SOC Analyst (EC-Council), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (EC-Council), Certified Ethical Hacker (EC-Council), CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+ (Cybersecurity Analyst), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) or equivalent
- B.Tech/MCA/MBA with IT background
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science
- Bachelor of Engineering
