Job Summary
Lead end-to-end testing for ServiceNow IRM, Compliance Tools, and Risk Events within the GRC program. Convert user stories into test cases, design test strategies, and manage regression and impact analysis for releases. Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure coverage aligns with business requirements while providing defect analysis and UAT support. Mentor team members on design, development, and execution of functional and regression testing cycles. Manage CI/CT/CD pipelines and automation coverage using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow ATF.
Required Qualifications
- 2-9 Years experience
- Minimum 4 years in ServiceNow Domain
- 2 years in leadership role
- Strong leadership skill
- Domain skill on IRM, Compliance Tools and Testing

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with GRC domain

- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and process leads to convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases
- Define and manage end-to-end test scenarios covering all business scenarios for each Tower with in GRC program
- Work closely with the Product Dev and Business teams to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements
- Design and maintain test plans, test strategies and test data sets for various LODs (1LOD, 2LOD, 3LOD)
- Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes, and identify required test coverage
- Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases
- Recommend improvements to test strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration
- Promote and support implementation of automated CI/CT/CD pipeline
- Prior experience working in large global financial institutions
- Excellent documentation, communication, and defect-tracking skills
- Years of experience required: 4 years to 6 years
