Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end support for SAP SD and S4 HANA logistics modules, specializing in OTC processes, IDOCs, and third-party integrations. Write functional specifications for WRICEF objects and execute SAP test scripts while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Analyze defects with technical consultants to propose solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes to users. Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities as a self-starter within the application support team. 3-10 years of experience required; Master's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of SD, LE modules
- Well versed in all OTC related processes
- Good understanding in interface, IDOC, and integration of SAP with other third-party tools
- Experience in writing FS for WRICEF objects
- Working with technical consultants to analyses defects and propose solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience in writing and execution of SAP Test scripts
- Coordination with cross functional teams
- 1-2 E2E implementation
