Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and conversions. Build and support system integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services while collaborating with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Analyze and optimize ABAP code for performance, conduct code reviews, and provide technical support for application issues and upgrades. Prepare technical specifications and documentation for developed objects, ensuring adherence to SAP development standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development
- Strong knowledge of: Classical and Object-Oriented ABAP
- Strong knowledge of: Data Dictionary (DDIC)
- Strong knowledge of: Module Pool Programming
- Strong knowledge of: BDC, LSMW, and BAPI-based data migration
- Strong knowledge of: SmartForms, SAPScripts, Adobe Forms
- Strong knowledge of: ALV reporting (Classical, Interactive, and OO ALV)
- Experience with debugging and performance tuning
- Familiarity with SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, PP, and their technical integration points
- Bachelor of Engineering
- MBA (Master of Business Administration)
- MTECH
- SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)
- 7+Yrs
- Available for Work Visa Sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA (CDS Views, AMDP, OData services)
- Exposure to Fiori/UI5 development and SAP Gateway
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jira)
- SAP ABAP certification is a plus
