Job Summary
PwC seeks a Manager-level Business Systems Analyst for Salesforce.com (SFDC) Advisory in Noida, India. You will serve as the subject matter expert and technical consultant across Salesforce applications, handling end-to-end support from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, training, and post-deployment stabilization. Core responsibilities include translating business requirements into detailed Salesforce functionality, designing current and future SFDC-enabled solutions, coordinating test scenarios and scripts, delivering end-user training and documentation, mentoring junior staff, and leading meetings. Required skills include deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service processes, AppExchange products, Salesforce Certifications, and strong communication across global teams. 5-10 years of experience and BE/BTECH are expected; certifications and knowledge of Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and related Salesforce components are strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology
- Formal Salesforce.com certifications strongly preferred
- Understanding of all Salesforce Lightning & lightning components and basic understanding of Salesforce Object and relationships, Apex, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Workflows rules, Page layouts, Record Types, process builder etc.
