Job Summary
Senior-level Salesforce advisory Business Systems Analyst role in PwC Noida. Lead end-to-end Salesforce.com solution delivery across business units, including analyzing and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, supporting build activities, planning and executing test scenarios, delivering end-user training, and providing ongoing deployment and production support. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders globally, mentors junior staff, and drives cross-functional collaboration. Requires strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, AppExchange products, Pardot and integration considerations; formal Salesforce.com certifications are strongly preferred. Responsibilities include documenting current and future Salesforce-enabled solutions, designing effective Salesforce functionality, ensuring accurate requirements translation, estimating effort and timelines, and delivering impactful business value through optimized processes. Strong problem-solving, organization, and leadership abilities with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce projects.
