Job Summary
Lead PMO operations at PwC Bengaluru, developing and implementing PMO processes and procedures related to project governance, risk management, and change control. Drive strategic direction and operations of the PMO, ensure projects align with organizational goals, and act as point of contact for project-related queries. Collaborate with stakeholders to measure value realization for clients, ensure on-time delivery and quality, manage resources and financial tracking, and prepare standardized status reports, dashboards, and metrics. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, contribute to business development through identifying opportunities, and design client solutions. Requires 8-14 years of experience in project management with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Master of Business Administration, Postgraduate (Diploma)
- 8-14 years of experience in PMO or project management
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Dashboard creation skills
