Job Summary
Manager role within PwC’s Line of Service Advisory focusing on SAP HCM/Payroll across multi-country transformation projects. You will act as a SAP consulting generalist providing consulting services across SAP applications to clients, analysing needs, implementing software solutions, and delivering training and support for effective SAP utilisation. Lead a team (20+ resources), contribute to pre-sales and delivery, ensure change management, and drive successful India Payroll and on-prem HR initiatives with SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- SAP HCM/Payroll knowledge - must
- On prem HR, India Payroll knowledge, must have worked as Solution Architect for large transformation projects, multi country, location implementation experience must
- SF/SAP Certification - Good to have
- Practice management experience
- Years of experience required: 3 yrs+
- Education qualifications: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/CA/ICWA
- Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration
