Job Summary
Lead end-to-end digital transformation and PMO for large capital projects in metals & mining—covering planning, execution, governance, and benefits realization. Drive adoption of digital/AI solutions (e.g., 5D BIM, advanced scheduling & risk analytics, drone/LiDAR-based progress tracking, IoT geo-fencing for materials, digital twins, GenAI copilots for controls and reporting) to deliver measurable improvements in time, cost, quality, and safety. Establish and run the PMO with stage-gate governance, IMS, cost controls, FAC, risk/safety management, and quality management. Own procurement management, supplier performance, and digital storage & logistics. Define the digital roadmap and metrics; orchestrate adoption of BIM, GIS/IoT, CV-based safety monitoring, Power BI/Tableau control towers, and GenAI copilots for reports and risk registers. Lead client-facing multi-billion-dollar programs, coach multi-disciplinary teams, manage benefits realization and KPIs, and ensure stakeholder communications. Requires extensive travel to sites, with a flexible base in India. Preferred candidates will have PMP, BE/B.Tech + MBA, and hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project, BIM, Drone/LiDAR, EVM, and IoT/SCADA integrations.
Required Qualifications
- PMP certification (mandatory)
- M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred (Construction/Project Management)
- BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) + MBA with strong project/PMO track record
- Demonstrated hands-on with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, BIM (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro)
- Drone/LiDAR workflows, EVM, IoT/SCADA/TAS integrations, GenAI copilots
- Strong commercial acumen (contracts, claims/changes, LDs)
- Extensive travel to site/client offices (as needed)
- Base in India with deployment to project sites
