Job Summary
PMI-driven Data & Analytics Advisory leadership role focused on inventorying and mapping acquired data/processing stacks to the target ecosystem, defining integration options and cutover plans, ensuring data quality and reconciliation, and managing stakeholder communications. Responsibilities include discovery, current/target state mapping, interface specifications, acceptance criteria, BRD/FRD development, and executive-status reporting, with emphasis on PMI artifacts, data pipelines, data integration, data quality checks, and cloud architecture considerations. Requires extensive experience (10+ years), strong SQL/API/data-model fluency, proficiency with Snowflake/Salesforce/Jira/Confluence/Lucidchart, and the ability to drive cross-organizational collaboration; education includes BE/B.Tech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCA with relevant engineering and business qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology or product environments
- Demonstrated ability to assess unfamiliar stacks and map to target ecosystem
- Technical fluency: read/write basic SQL; interpret API specs; understand data models and identity/permission models
- Strong stakeholder management and communication; facilitates workshops and executive readouts
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Lucidchart (or equivalents)
- Independent executor who drives clarity in ambiguous PMI contexts; concise communicator; risk awareness and option proposals
