In-House Trial Attorney responsible for handling assigned cases and pursuing files referred to Staff Counsel, developing case strategies, preparing and organizing pleadings, briefs, and memorandums, and providing timely status updates to claims handlers. Must utilize case management software, maintain organized files, and coordinate with the Claims Department. Hybrid role based in San Jose, CA with weekly office reporting; requires active State Bar membership, 3+ years of trial attorney experience, and travel as needed.
