Job Summary
In-House Temporary Recruiter responsible for assisting walk-in applicants with completion of job applications and related documents, conducting group orientations prior to placement by recruiting staff, managing daily customer communications and dispatch tasks, and processing payroll input. Role includes ensuring 100% accuracy of applications and forms (I-9, medical questionnaires, W-4), conducting pre-employment screening and reference checks, screening candidates for skill alignment, facilitating employee orientations, maintaining accurate Avionte ATS data, nurturing client relationships, supporting staffing coverage across branch offices, and traveling to client sites to understand operations for accurate expectations. Requires strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication, multitasking ability, and bilingual capabilities may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be high school graduate
- AA degree preferred
- Must have experience in a customer service environment
- Familiarity with or experience in an industrial, manufacturing or logistics environment is a plus
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) skills may be required
- Willingness to travel to other branch offices as needed
