Present ownership solutions to existing owners using a consultative approach to understand vacation goals and enhance their experience. Build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer service while helping clients maximize the value of their ownership. Work directly with an established owner base to achieve outstanding personal income potential through weekly commissions and monthly bonuses. Requires an active Florida Real Estate License and proven closing ability in a commission-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Previous In-House Vacation Ownership Sales experience
- Proven closing ability in a commission-based sales environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous vacation ownership or timeshare sales experience
- Experience working with existing owners in an In-House sales environment
