Job Summary
Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to plan and execute projects for the In-House Manual Research team, ensuring milestones are met and administrative logistics keep initiatives on track. Facilitate training programs by collaborating with subject matter experts to create accurate content, while monitoring effectiveness and reporting on progress. Support goal achievement by tracking short-term and long-term objectives, identifying challenges, and proposing proactive solutions to maintain focus on strategic results. Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, communications, documentation, budget tracking, and expense reporting. Identify process inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement new systems to enhance team productivity based on collected feedback. Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and share best practices to foster collaboration across departments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations or other support-based roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with creating processes from the ground up to support new functions and create new workflows
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills that enable effective engagement and collaboration with Checkr's senior leadership across a variety of departments
- Track record of strategies that have led to operational improvements
- Understanding of the Fair Credit Report Act, and other compliance laws related to background checks in the United States
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes
- Individuals are expected to work from the office 3+ days a week
