Job Summary
Workstream is seeking an In-house Recruiter to lead high-volume and specialized hiring initiatives, including scaling the Video Contributor contractor programs and agency recruiting. The role owns full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, from sourcing and outreach to interviewing and offers, while partnering with hiring managers and leadership to deliver top talent. You will build and manage pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies; develop outreach campaigns to drive engagement and conversions; screen and assess candidates against role requirements and culture; track recruiting metrics and funnel health; and help refine processes as the team scales. The position requires a hunter mindset, urgency, accountability, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision. The role is based in San Francisco and/or Menlo Park, with 4-5 days in the office per week, and reports to recruiting leadership while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in agency recruiting, staffing, executive search, or high-volume recruiting environments
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding recruiting goals
- Strong sourcing capabilities with experience building pipelines from scratch
- Experience using ATS platforms, recruiting tools, and sourcing technologies
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Ability to operate independently and drive results with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
- Willingness to work from the Menlo Park office for 5 days per week
