Job Summary
In-House Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting across clinical, administrative, and operational roles. Duties include sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hires, managing job postings and candidate pipelines, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. Collaborates with department managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies, while handling scheduling and ongoing communication with applicants. Requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities and proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools. Flexible hours available; located in Brooklyn, NY.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience
- Healthcare industry recruiting experience preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare roles and terminology a strong plus
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities efficiently
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
