Job Summary
Provide administrative support to Shepard’s In-House Operations, coordinating inventory and supply management, supporting payroll onboarding and timecard processing, assisting with union new hire onboarding, and handling general office duties. Responsibilities include mail handling, visitor support, show books preparation for operations supervisors, answering calls, maintaining office supplies, assisting with housekeeping and equipment maintenance, data entry and database upkeep, and supporting expense reports and reimbursements for the operations team. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficient typing, and effective communication within the operations group.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a high-volume business environment
- Proficient in data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe software
- High School Diploma or equivalent
