Job Summary
Conduct sales presentations for qualified in-house guests during their stay at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort. Identify and schedule tours for sales consultants while providing resort and area information to exceed guest expectations. Maintain constant communication with the Director of In-House Marketing for exceptions and events. Participate in a proactive team effort to achieve departmental and company goals while delivering a warm, high-quality experience to owners and members. Full availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and goal-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
- Self-directed and independent but works as a team player
- Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service or product from guests
- Excellent customer service
- Strong oral communication skills
- Strong cash handling skills
- Must have full availability
Desired Qualifications
- Timeshare marketing experience preferred
