Job Summary
Direct, face-to-face marketing with resort guests; provide concierge-like service; incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop; coordinate gifts to guests participating in updates; partner with resort staff to coordinate arrival sheets during shifts; 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred with a High School Diploma or equivalent; strong computer skills and effective communication; team-oriented hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred
- Proficient in general computer skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
