In-house Legal Counsel

Job Summary
Draft and review commercial contracts, negotiate deals, and provide legal advice on corporate matters, restructuring, and new market entries. Support RFPs, tenders, and partnership documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Liaise with external solicitors, coordinate transactional close activities, and educate business teams on legal review processes and privacy policies. Drive fundraising negotiations and lead legal solutions for existing products and services. The role requires a Commonwealth qualified lawyer with 3-6 years of PQE in English or Singapore law.
