Job Summary
Manage delegated cases, conduct legal research, and draft documents including pleadings and witness statements. Advise clients, liaise with courts and counsel, and maintain accurate file management using the company's case management system. Respond promptly to correspondence and emails while adhering to internal policies and performance targets. Work autonomously to gather evidence and prepare for cases within a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws Degree
- Very Good German language knowledge
- Very good English language knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise, and understand the importance of deadlines
- Highly organised; able to be productive, flexible and simultaneously manage multiple cases and priorities in a performance-driven environment
- Superior research and data maintenance skills
- Strong client relationship skills; the ability to establish positive, co-operative and professional relationships, both internal and external
- Being highly trustworthy, discreet, and using good judgement
- Ability to work well under pressure, without sacrificing attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication is essential
