Job Summary
Provide legal guidance and strategic support across the firm’s operations as In-House Counsel. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor agreements, service contracts, and NDAs; advising on operational risk management and compliance; coordinating litigation with outside counsel; developing internal compliance protocols; handling lien and fee-dispute matters; advising executive leadership on ethical obligations and risk exposure; and collaborating with operations, finance, marketing, intake, and HR to support strategic initiatives and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes practical, business-focused legal solutions and ongoing partnership with firm leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction
- Substantive experience in corporate, contract, and regulatory matters
- ability to advise executive leadership and manage cross-functional teams
